They're not searching for the cheapest option. They're searching for the most credible one. And in this trade, credibility lives or dies on how you present yourself online.

Wheel Repair LTD do exceptional work. Mobile across London and Essex, diamond cut restorations, kerb damage that disappears, lease returns that pass inspection without question. Their customers come back and refer their friends. But the website wasn't capturing anyone new: because it didn't look like a business that works on £70,000 cars.

What We Did

A website that says "we're the premium choice": before a word is read.

The visual design came first. Dark, clean, professional: the aesthetic of a performance detailer, not a budget tyre shop. Then everything else was built to back that up.

Mobile-first because that's where the customer is: Someone notices their alloy is kerbed, they search right there in the car park on their phone. The site loads fast, looks sharp, click-to-call is prominent, quote request takes 30 seconds. Don't make a motivated customer work to give you their business.

The vehicle brand trust signal: BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Land Rover: logos displayed clearly. A BMW owner worrying about run-flat tyre profiles and staggered widths isn't sure every repair shop handles their car correctly. Showing those brands removes that doubt without a word of explanation needed.

Transparent service pages: Diamond cut, powder coat, kerb damage, buckled wheels, lease return prep: each explained properly. Transparency in a trade with a reputation for vagueness is a genuine competitive advantage. Customers who understand what they're getting don't haggle on price.

Trade and fleet section: Dealerships, leasing companies, fleet managers: the B2B side of wheel repair is worth multiples of the retail side in volume. A dedicated section targeting those customers opens a revenue stream most mobile repair businesses never properly chase.
