In Brief

Asquare AI built a premium website for Thrivestone Property, a property sourcing agency operating across London, Kent, Cambridge and the Midlands with an international arm in Dubai. The site positions the agency for high-net-worth investors, presenting sourcing services, track record and both UK and international markets with the polish that audience expects.

The Situation

Their deals were strong. Their reputation was growing. Their website was sending the wrong message.

Thrivestone Property operate in a space where trust is everything. Their investors aren't buying a £30 product: they're committing significant capital into properties they haven't visited, sourced by an agency they found online. That's a high-trust sale. And high-trust sales die on a mediocre website.

The previous site didn't communicate the compliance credentials serious investors look for: Property Redress Scheme, ICO registration, HMRC compliance. It didn't explain the strategies clearly enough. And it certainly didn't say "we operate in Dubai too" in a way that landed with any authority.

What We Did

Built like the agency it actually is: premium, regulated, international.

We designed from the investor's perspective. What does a cautious, capital-heavy investor need to see in the first 30 seconds to decide whether to stay or leave? Authority, compliance, and a clear explanation of exactly what you do and where you do it.

01
Brand identity: Navy, white and gold. That palette signals premium and regulated: the same visual language as private banking and wealth management. First impressions happen in milliseconds. We made sure theirs said the right thing.
02
Compliance front and centre: Property Redress Scheme badge, Markel insurance, ICO, HMRC: displayed prominently on the homepage. Investors run due diligence. We made it impossible to miss the evidence that Thrivestone passes it.
03
Strategy-specific pages: Buy-to-Let, BRRR, HMO, flips, Dubai International: each with its own page and its own conversation. The BRRR investor and the HMO investor are different people making different decisions. The site talks to each of them specifically.
04
Dubai with conviction: Not buried in a footer. A proper section: why Dubai, what returns look like, what Thrivestone's role is there. International expansion only adds credibility when you present it like you mean it.

The Point

In property investment, the website is the due diligence. Make it hold up.

Every serious property investor researches you before they speak to you. They Google, check the site, look for compliance badges, read testimonials. If the website doesn't pass that test, the conversation never happens. Thrivestone's site now passes it: and positions them as the regulated, professional choice in a market full of operators who can't say the same.

Industry Context

Property sourcing agents live and die on credibility

Property sourcing is a relationship business where clients hand over significant fees before seeing a result. Investors vet sourcing agents hard, and the website is the first and often only credibility check: compliance details, track record, market coverage and presentation quality get judged in minutes. A sourcing agent with a thin website loses mandates to competitors who simply look more established.

Serving international markets raises the bar again. UK investors looking at Dubai, and overseas investors looking at UK cities, both need market-specific content and a presentation standard that travels. A single well-structured website covering each market with dedicated pages outperforms scattered social profiles in winning serious enquiries.

Common Questions
What should a property sourcing website include?

Clear explanation of the sourcing service and fees model, compliance and professional registrations, markets covered with dedicated location pages, case studies or track record, and a qualification-focused enquiry form. Credibility signals matter more here than in almost any other property niche.

How do property sourcing agents win investor trust online?

Specific market content over generic claims: location pages with real data, documented deals, visible compliance, and a professional design standard. Investors assume the quality of your website reflects the quality of your due diligence.

Does a UK sourcing agency need separate pages for international markets?

Yes. Each market deserves its own section with market-specific content, as Thrivestone does for Dubai alongside its UK regions. It improves search visibility in each market and shows depth rather than a vague international claim.
