The Situation

Two types of customer. One confused website. Revenue going nowhere.

PT Motion Events had a problem that looked simple on the surface but was quietly costing them serious money. On one side: brides and event planners looking to hire a photo booth for the night. On the other: entrepreneurs and business owners ready to spend £600–£2,000 buying one outright to run as their own side business.

These two people are completely different. What convinces a bride to enquire (atmosphere, what props are included, how the 360 booth looks at a wedding) is nothing like what convinces a buyer (specs, warranty, markup potential, how quickly they'll recoup their investment). Their old website was trying to talk to both from the same page. Neither felt understood. Neither was converting.

What We Did

Split the journey. Speak to each customer in their own language.

We rebuilt the site from scratch as a proper dual-flow e-commerce platform. Land on the homepage: you immediately know whether you're here to hire or buy. From that point, the two journeys diverge completely.

Hire journey: Package pages built around event types: weddings, corporate events, birthday parties. Enquiry forms that capture the right info. Descriptions written for the person planning an event, not a tech enthusiast. Availability and what-happens-on-the-night clarity that removes every hesitation before booking.

Retail journey: A full e-commerce catalogue covering their entire range: 360 Booth, Magic Mirror, iPad Booth, DSLR Booth, the Glambot Robot. Side-by-side specs, pricing tiers, comparison tools. Written for the buyer calculating ROI, not the guest at a party.

The trust layer: PT Motion Events works with some serious names: Dove, Hilton, Gymshark, the NHS. That's the kind of social proof that short-circuits doubt instantly. We made sure every visitor sees it before they've scrolled past the fold.

Search visibility: Targeted the searches that matter: "photo booth hire London," "360 photo booth hire," "wedding photo booth UK," "buy photo booth business." People actively looking to spend money. Not just browsing.
