A two-phase build: professional website first, then a full property investment marketplace: 3,000+ investors, 450+ reviews, 10+ UK locations.
Asquare AI built City Move Property's investment lead-generation website and then scaled it into a full property marketplace with advanced search across more than 10 UK locations, serving a community of over 3,000 investors backed by 450+ reviews. The project shows how a property website can grow from a brochure into a revenue platform.

City Move started where most property sourcing companies start: a clean-looking website, a phone number, an enquiry form. It worked up to a point. Investors would find them, enquire, and some would convert. But the site was doing none of the work it should have been doing. There was no way to browse deals, no filter to find properties by strategy or region, no way for a visitor to self-educate and come to a call already sold. The sales team was doing all that heavy lifting on the phone: and it was slowing everything down.
As the client base grew past a few hundred investors and the deal flow expanded across multiple UK cities, the gap between what the business was and what the website said became impossible to ignore.
We split this into two deliberate phases. Too many agencies try to build the full vision in one go and end up with something half-working for eighteen months. We didn't do that.
City Move Property now operates at a completely different level than their website previously allowed. The marketplace does the qualification work. Investors browse, filter, research and arrive at conversations already convinced. The sales team closes deals instead of explaining what deals exist. That's what a proper digital infrastructure does for a business like this.
If you're running a property sourcing or investment company and your website is basically a digital business card, you're probably leaving more money on the table than you realise. Let's change that.
UK property investment attracts capital from investors who may never visit the properties they buy. That makes the website the entire storefront: deal listings, yield data, area guides and social proof have to do the work a sales office would normally do. Platforms with visible reviews and a large active community convert dramatically better than static brochure sites.
The technical bar is higher than most sectors. A property marketplace needs fast filtered search across locations, price bands and yields, listing pages that update without developer involvement, and lead capture wired into follow-up. This is web application development rather than web design, and it is where property businesses either scale or stall.
Filtered property search (location, price, yield, strategy), self-service listing management, investor registration and lead capture, review and trust integrations, and area guide content that brings in organic search traffic. Performance and mobile experience carry heavy weight for conversion.
A mix of organic search content (area guides, yield analysis), paid search on high-intent terms, and a website built to convert: clear deals, visible social proof and low-friction registration. The website is the multiplier on every channel feeding it.
Yes, if it is architected for it. City Move started as a lead-generation site and grew into a marketplace serving 3,000+ investors. Building with that trajectory in mind from day one costs little extra and saves a full rebuild later.
