No email, no sign-up, nothing held back until you hand over a phone number. Every tool here gives you the whole answer on the page, because a tool that holds the answer hostage is an advert wearing a calculator costume. We build them from the questions that actually come up on first calls, and the maths is shown so you can check it rather than trust it.

Review Rating Calculator

Enter how many reviews you have and the rating you are on. It tells you exactly how many 5-star reviews it takes to reach your target, and the maths is exact rather than an estimate.

Open the calculator →
  • The number of reviews you need, for any target
  • The threshold where the rating people see ticks up, which is often one review away
  • The damage a single 1-star would do, and what undoing it costs

Google Ads ROAS Calculator

Put in your sale value, your margin and what a click costs. It works out what one customer actually costs you to win, and tells you plainly when paid search is not worth running at your numbers.

Open the calculator →
  • The cost of winning one customer, before you spend anything
  • The ceiling on what you can afford to pay per click
  • Real UK click prices across five sectors, a nineteen-fold spread

Which one answers your question?

They look like different tools. They are the same question asked from two ends: what does one customer cost you, and is that less than they are worth.

Nobody is finding you. You are not in the map pack, the phone is quiet, and the competitor two streets away sits above you on a listing that looks no better than yours. That is usually reviews before it is anything else, because review count and rating are among the strongest local ranking signals Google uses. The review rating calculator tells you the exact number you need, and it is almost always smaller than people fear.

People find you and do not buy. Traffic is fine, enquiries are not. Paying for more traffic is the obvious move and often the wrong one, because budget multiplies whatever your funnel already does. The ROAS calculator works out whether a click can ever cost less than a customer is worth to you, and will tell you when the answer is no.

If you want someone to go through your numbers with you, that is what local search and paid search work actually is. The tools just mean you walk into that conversation already knowing the answer.

More will follow, drawn from the same place as these two: the questions that come up often enough on first calls to be worth answering once, properly.
